Omah Kodau terletak di lahan dengan luas sekitar 13.000 Meter persegi, ketika kami membuka lahan perumahan, kondisi tanah masih alami dipenuhi oleh ilalang dan pepohonan. kontur tanah dilokasi juga tidak memiliki kontur yang sama, sehingga proses yang pertama kali kami lakukan adalah proses cut and fill lahan.
Kami telah melakukan pemetaan topografi secara detil untuk dapat menentukan titik elevasi terbaik agar perumahan Omah Kodau memiliki kontur tanah yang optimal
Proses cut and fill lahan dilakukan kurang lebih sekitar 2 bulan dan saat ini proses tersebut sudah selesai
